77-79 Stokes Croft

77-79 Stokes Croft is an iconic building in the conservation and regeneration areas of St Pauls in Bristol.

Childs & Sulzmann have obtained consent to refurbish and develop this 1930's building to provide a mix of uses including a street cafe, artists studios and apartments, and to act as a catalyst for the regeneration for the area.
