Redcliffe Wharf

We were appointed by Bristol City Council to develop a masterplan for Redcliffe Wharf, the last undeveloped site on the docks.

The intention was to clarify the extent of the development opportunity prior to the sale of the land to the highest bidder.

Our work established exactly the form of development which is now being built by the new owners.
