Admiralty House

We have recently achieved planning and listed building consent for the conversion of Admiralty House to a boutique hotel.

Admiralty House was built between 1787 & 1793 as the private residence of the Lieutenant Governor of the Plymouth Garrison and occupies a stunning site overlooking the sound.

The scheme will provide 21 rooms and 19 apartments and is part of the larger development of the redundant MOD site at Mount Wise.
