New Park Manor

Deep in the New Forest, New Park Manor was originally a 17th century hunting lodge, first converted to a hotel in the 1960s. As a historic building sited within the New Forest National Park, obtaining planning consent for development was challenging and required sensitive negotiations with the regulators. A successful outcome enabled us to develop the first phase of New Park Manor Hotel, to convert it into a 29 room Luxury Family Hotel.

Consent has now been obtained for 2nd stage project which will involve refurbishing the spa, adding a further 6 bedrooms and a 60 seater restaurant in a new vinery.
